The Eighth Floor will be located at level 8, Ngee Ann City
Taking inspiration from street shopping in multi-faceted cities such as Tokyo, London, New York, both parties bring a distinct charm of these cities indoors to the mall. Intricately woven corridors make each turn an inventive sensation; adding depth to the enjoyment of browsing. The facade of prismatic houses parade the best within high-end niche retail and restaurants. Eighth Floor is a compendium of fine living.
Teaming up with the award-winning local firm Zarch Collaboratives, the upcoming enclavecum-gallery where shops are curated ‘exhibits’ is directly accessible by both escalators and lifts; and boasts a state-of-the-art spatial design environment.
Ngee Ann Development is welcoming the opportunity of no more than 19 likeminded tenants to occupy the upcoming promenade. “We are looking for tenants who can offer something new to the market, and homegrown products that embody good living and innovation,” says Executive Director of Ngee Ann Development, Mr Teo Chiang Long. “With Eight Floor, we aim to offer Singapore a taste of worldly travels through exquisite, lifestyle-driven and one-of-its kind retail and F&B tenants.”
Creative Director of Asylum, Chris Lee adds with enthusiasm “it is an exciting project because we get to work with Ngee Ann Development and Zarch Collaboratives to conceptualise this from the start, plan, design and finally curate the shops that will fit in there.”
Targeted at a niche group of discerning, well-travelled opinion leaders, Eighth Floor cajoles sensually with its rich, inspired offerings, tempting your senses with new, unexplored ideals and interests like never before!
