McLaren and Samsonite are proud to announce a licensing agreement for a superior range of travel luggage under the cobranding of McLarenSport and Samsonite Black Label. The initial phase of this cooperation between the two companies is an edgy, yet casual collection linked to the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes Formula 1 team.  The collection will be launched as part of the Fall/Winter 2009 collection, and will be available at Samosite stores located at Suntec City, Vivo City and Tangs Orchard-Samsonite Black Label corner.

For the test program, every member of the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes race team (up to 100 people) was issued with a laptop backpack and 75cm upright duffel and since departing for Australia the McLarenSport Samsonite Black Label collection has travelled over 64,160km* on over 14 flights.
