You don’t need to be an athlete to be part of the Youth Olympic Games! Due to popular demand, the submissions deadline for the Noise Singapore themed category of “Celebration” has just been extended till 30 November 2009! If you didn’t already know, works submitted to this category will be eligible to be featured at next year’s inaugural Singapore 2010 Youth Olympic Games.
