TANGS PlayLab celebrates Japanese street fashion with the arrival of Harajuku Street Style Pop-Up Store, featuring the latest and fashion-forward collections from 11 Japanese brands on the forefront of Harajuku and Ginza fashion scene. Celebrated Japanese street photographers Rei Shito and Ryu Koyanma will be making special store appearances to launch the Pop-Up Store at TANGS Orchard and TANGS VivoCity respectively.

The exclusive Harajuku Street Style pop-up store will operate for two weeks in TANGS Orchard, Level 3 from 15 Jan to 31 Jan before moving on to TANGS VivoCity, Level 1 from 5 Feb to 17 Feb.

In a rare collaboration with Apparel-Web, one of the most famous fashion portal websites in Japan, this Pop-Up Store promises shoppers with a unique ‘one-stop’ retail experience with established as well as emerging Japanese designers such as Urban Research, Beauty & Youth United Arrows, COEN, MOMOTARO JEANS and KBF.

To launch the much-anticipated retail concept, PlayLab is proud to present Harajuku Street Style Showcase featuring Rei Shito, also known as the Fashion Icon of Harajuku. A celebrity street photographer, Rei Shito will be personally selecting 10 lucky TANGS shoppers for a makeover and take their pictures along the streets of Orchard Road. A public vote will commence on TANGS website (www.tangs.com.sg) where lucky winners stand a chance to be featured on a Japanese variety show. Rei Shito’s work can be found here.
