The “Whatever It Takes” campaign raises funds to aid global development issues including poverty alleviation, child abuse and environmental conservation. Some of the iPod and iPhone cases are Vegetable-tanned using tannin and other ingredients found in vegetable matter, tree bark, and other such sources. This replaces Chrome-tanned leather which uses chromium sulphate and other salts of chromium which can be harmful to the environment. From Wednesday, 17 March 2010, TANGS will be showcasing these “Whatever It Takes” merchandise at Technobay, TANGS Orchard Level 3, to allow shoppers to purchase these limited-edition cases from only $59 and contribute to an amazing cause.
