Hainanese Pork Chop | Chin Chin Eating House

These hainanese pork chops are not that easy to find these days. Thou similar to the more common and widely available sweet and sour pork, the hainanese version utilizes breaded pork cutlets instead of battered pork cubes. Tried these at Chin Chin Eating House, accompanying the strips of tender meat were a small serving of fries made the old school way, all served on the same plate with onions and peas. Other dishes on the table included a serving of chicken rice, and a fu yong omelette. The pork chops were good, and knowing that good ones are hard to come by these days, I might just return when food nostalgia hits me again. Pics of the other dishes are below.
