Hailing from Okayama, the denim capital of Japan, Strike Gold produces strikingly impressive jeans. 1950’s denim styles have been updated with today’s silhouettes and detailing techniques, creating two great jeans in the form of the SG1101 and SG1105, straight and slim leg fits respectively.

The Strike Gold denim has more loom chatter visible from both the warp and weft sides of the denim. Due to this abrasive nature of the material, the raw denim will age faster than most other jeans, with enhanced contrasting fade with normal wear. The brand has also gone to the extent of having custom rivets made, which have a male part made of iron and a female part made of copper. Over time the male piece will rust, whilst the female piece will darken and leaf, giving the wearer a well rounded aging pattern on the rivets.
