Our island’s first official afterhours only party, Midnight Shift, will be celebrating their third installment and first year anniversary next month at clubbing venue Stereolab. As always, a mystery DJ is in the program, hailing from the promised land of Detroit. A label owner with a vocalist wife, he is a man who helped bridge the House and Techno worlds with unapologetic grit and full-baring soul. He’ll be supported by two local bigwigs, Xhin and Johnathan Yeo, with the latter helming the decks for the first time in years. Funk Bastard, Kaye, Edward and Ko Flow completes the lineup.
