448 clementi ave 3.1

Lately, there has been too much emphasis on creating a new landscape, where the abandoned spaces like 448 Clementi Ave 3 is almost forgotten. Artist and photographer Arron Teo reminds us of the beauty that lies within it and captures what remains of the space before its eventual makeover or disappearance.  Arron Teo believes that only in its state of ruin does a space come to live, telling its history and uncertain future; and we couldn’t agree more. SG. Ruins Series is an ongoing collaboration with the Singapore Art Gallery Guide, and we cannot wait to see what Arron Teo has in store for us in his next addition to the series!
