H&M Men’s A/W 2011
Soon to open their massive store in Singapore, H&M unveils their Men’s Autumn/Winter 2011 Collection. Focusing on simplicity and function whilst keeping their garments affordable, H&M play around with various materials, colour combinations and attention to details. Opting for a slimmer silhouette and focusing on classic colours such as beige, camel, tobacco, navy, grey and black to allow for easy personal styling. Garments are kept interesting with the use of checks, jacquards, block stripes, pin stripes and tweed. Standout pieces include a parka jacket, aviator jacket and heavy knits. The H&M opens sometime in September 2011, stay tuned for more information.
“Clean and sharp is the look for men this autumn, updated with seasonal colours, materials and key pieces. It’s also important that the wardrobe works in a simple and efficient way, which is why design longevity is particularly important to H&M‘s men’s department. This season’s collection is about indispensible fashion essentials and about creating your own look,” says Andreas Löwenstam, responsible for design at H&M Man.
