The ‘Digital Imaging Project’ is a collaborative project between Casio and Ron Herman to create the brand new Casio Exilim TR100 pocket camera. This exciting project not only provides a brand new design for the camera, but also offers a new way to manipulate a digital camera through photographs and movies captured in various styles.

Ron Herman has been offering the “California Style of Life” through the fashion industry for over 35 years. “The Fashion has to be stimulating, fun, free and full of love”, is the Ron Herman’s philosophy. The project has been started by crossing over this philosophy with Casio’s new digital camera that offers a free and fun photographic experience.

The Ron Herman version comes in white while the an exclusive mastermind Japan version comes in all black. This 21mm lens pocket friendly camera features a 3-inch touch screen LCD display that rotates 360 degrees horizontally and 270 degrees vertically and shoots HD-Video and captures images at a 12-megapixel resolution. This one-of-a-kind collaborative camera will be available in October 2011.

A couple of weeks ago Nokia Black Box was celebrated by the music, fashion and creative communities of Singapore. Nokia called upon various individuals/groups from these fields to perform and showcase their photography/art and curate installations that would arouse, nudge and evoke a sense of curiosity as each experience is as unique as its contributor. Contributors included Kuath, Ivanho Harlim, Desmond Tan, Joshua Cheung, Dexter Ng, Eddie Halim, Peter Khor, The Design Society, Stefan Khoo, The Observetory, DJ KoFlow, Skye Tan, Flesh Imp and Wayne Lee.

Incase have been known for their excellence in creating technological accessories that are sleek, stylish and most importantly functional. From laptop sleeves, iPod cases, backpacks, messenger bags, iPad sleeves and come Fall 2011 they will be launching their very own line of headphones – Incase Audio. “A complementary extension of their product offering, the new headphones will reflect their expertise in designing and developing products that provide enhanced mobility and user experience. Apple today announced that iPad 2, the second-generation of its breakthrough post-PC device, will arrive in Singapore and eight additional countries on Friday, April 29 2011. iPad 2 will be available in Singapore at select Apple Authorised Resellers, and online through the Apple Store beginning at 1am local time. iPad 2 features an entirely new design that is 33 percent thinner and up to 15 percent lighter than the original iPad, while maintaining the same stunning 9.7-inch LED-backlit LCD screen. iPad 2 features Apple’s new dual-core A5 processor for blazing fast performance and stunning graphics and now includes two cameras, a front-facing VGA camera for FaceTime and Photo Booth, and a rear-facing camera that captures 720p HD video, bringing the innovative FaceTime feature to iPad users for the first time. Just when we thought that we’ve seen every possible shape and form of a collaboration, SBTG comes out and delivers yet another knockout punch.World renowned artist SBTG has been commissioned to design for Canon, in conjunction with the launch of Canon’s new EOS 1100D, he has designed a series of very limited camera straps and protective wraps. SBTG utilizes one of his most recognizable camouflage motifs, the Parsilia (it was used on the Nike SB Dunk Low SBTG back in 2006) in four different colourways to match the available colours of the EOD 1100D – Black, Red, Metallic Grey and Brown. This extremely limited editions of the EOS 1100D x SBTG box set will be unveiled later today at the launch of the inaugural Men’s Fashion Week (MFW). The box set which contains the EOS 1100D Kit, matching strap, protective wrap and SBTG-designed packaging will be auctioned off during the MFW Opening Gala Charity later today, with all proceeds going to the disaster relief fund for Japan.
